into georgian, not Wikiquote, but ვიკიციტატა. can you help me?

The goal here is to change {{SITENAME}} from Wikiquote to ვიკიციტატა, as to also
affect the namespaces Wikiquote and Wikiquote_talk. Please give this request some
priority as it's better to make the needed corrections on the website in the very
beginning. Thanks.
