If a table has "wikitable sortable" it's not possible to sort those columns when you're editing the page.
I think that this would be an improvement, at least when I edit some pages where are sortable tables, it's easier to edit the table if I can sort the columns while editing.

Please see, that I'm not asking here a feature for adding sortable tables.
