Hi,
Please enable local file uploads for sysops in maithili wikipedia so they can upload Non-free media to local wikipedia with Non-free use rationale guideline.

Wiki added to commonsupload.dblist

Yet, there is still a right issue. Currently, any registered user can technically uploaded, against what we defined in the configuration. A follow-up change will soon restrict that to only sysops.

Only importers and sysops now have the upload right.
