I tried to do this with http://tools.wmflabs.org/autolist/index.php by specifying Category=Hidden categories, depth=1 (all admin cats are supposed to be direct subcats of it).

But there are 15,859 total (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Hidden_categories), so the tool takes forever. Someone needs to do it with a program. Please:

• delete P31:Q4167836 Wikimedia category
