@Novem_Linguae and everyone, two days ago, I no longer saw the above-attached "screenshot" issues, which I'm unsure why suddenly disappeared. So I will close this ticket. Thank you, everyone involved, who tried to help. Regards.

@Novem_Linguae I have contacted Wikimedia as advised and am waiting for their reply. I will post updates here when I hear from them. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your assistance Novem. Have a good day.

Hi Novem, Good day, and update: Today, Huggle automatically loaded the edits without me needing to change the provider, as IRC is my default. However, the 'welcome page' tab still displayed the Wikipedia Foundation error message. Should I close this ticket or is it best for the technical editor to fix the issue?
Hi Novem, I have changed preferred-provider: 2 to preferred-provider: 0.,
have closed and reopened Huggle several times, and the same message
reappears every time. It does work :(. Regards Cass.
Hi Novem, When I open Huggle, I receive an error message from the Wikimedia
Foundation. However, once I change the provider to "Wiki", I can continue
my counter-vandalism work like usual. Unfortunately, if I close Huggle and
reopen it, the error will reappear. In other words, every time I launch the
application, I encounter the Wikipedia Wikimedia error message. Regards
Cass.
Hi Novem, I have closed and reopened Huggle a few times, and I always received the same Wikimedia Foundation error message. However, once I changed the "provider" to "Wiki" then the edits would eventually load up on the "Queues panel "on the left. I am not sure if the technical team should investigate why XmlRcs or IRC providers are not working as in the past, XmIRcs was working just fine previously. If you think we don't need it, then I am happy to close the ticket. Regards Cass.
Hi Rich, Thank you for reaching out. I don't have a VPN on my computer. I
have been using Huggle for years, and this is the first time I have
received such a message from the Wikimedia Foundation. Some editors on
Wikipedia are also unable to use XmlRcs or IRC providers on Huggle.
Currently, only the Wiki provider is functioning. You can find the provider
under "System" in the top menu on the left, and look for "change provider"
in the drop-down menu.

Hi Ammarpad, I meant to add a "button ( Wiki URL)" " (like "Cite" / "Link") on the menu bar on top or as one of drop down list on the "More" section of the Wikipedia page so editors dont need to go to WikiMedia page to get the URL shorten.
After adding https:// before all shortened URLs, could it be added into a new " shortener links" on menu bar in Wikipedia?
