Olaf added a comment to T280964: Restore the API or provide a workaround.
Apparently, the entry point URL changed and it's now lingualibre.org/api.php instead of lingualibre.org/w/api.php before the fire.
So the problem with the bot login is now solved, but I don't know if it's not affecting other scripts.
