Yes, I talked with your colleagues but unfortunately we didn't come up with a solution to this. Basically, it seems that this updater is dead and cannot be used unless you make a very special exception.

Indeed, it is there. There is one question: previously the filename contained year and month, now there is also 01 (day?). Is it going to remain as pattern for next months too? pageviews-20230301-user.bz2 vs. pageviews-202303-user.bz2

BTW: Parquet compression would be significantly more effective if the line was splitted into its parts, i.e. with fields for wiki code, article, pageId, type, count, hourly.
