If the edit, info, etc. actions aren't made valid, then the controls for those pages should be removed. The view source button shouldn't even be there if such an action is false.
User:DannyS712, never mind, I will go ahead and look at the task you posted. You can ignore my previous comment.
Not that I know of, but it still needs fixing, because the "/w/index.php?title=$1&action=edit" is a valid URL for almost all namespaces. For Special pages, it would just take you to the special page and doesn't show the page source. It should do something like that, or say that you don't have permission to edit pages in this namespace. "No such action" is an incorrect message, because "/w/index.php?title=$1&action=edit" is a valid URL.
