Attempt the following steps
- installed version 0.2 alpha revision r112209.:
- emantic watchlist remains empty at first
- Filled in conditions as per UI warning
- Added the main namespace and saved the watchlist
- It works fine

I've attempted to reproduce the bug using SQLite local installation.
I didn't get an error report.
As per the above mentioned comment, LCStore_DB indeed does match my default localisation cache. Do you have further details and instructions as to your circumstances when the error occurred?

Retested using above-mentioned instructions. Bug is still present. Number is stuck at 50 and doesn't change.
