    Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to a talk page. 2. Click on the Add Topic button using Discussion Tools. 3. Use a substituted template that produces a heading like [[w:Template:Please see]]. 4. Also, add a title for this discussion in the Subject field. 5. Click on the "Add topic" button . Two topics are getting published. One with the title provided in step 4 and another one with the heading of the topic mentioned in the body. {F37146074}

    Steps to reproduce this issue: 1. Make sure you are logged in and have "Discussion Tools" enabled from Beta features. 2. Go to this page: https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/User_talk:RYasmeen_(WMF) 3. Click on the "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" button next to a topic.
