=== Background
Since we will be attending the Wikimedia Hackathon in Athens on May T328777, it would be good to have an MVP version of the single Codex Wikimedia DS site to be shown there.
Since one of our priorities for this new site is to reflect the DSG documentation, we will need to revisit the DSG sections in order to align the content with the last Codex changes (e.g. new color names) and create it in the new Codex site. As part of this, we will have to decide from where we want to access the DSG from Codex.
==== Open questions
[ ] Clarify branding and communication of Codex as the Wikimedia Design System (similar to Google and Material)
[ ] Review how the Apps will be referenced - Apps need to remain represented as being connected but delineated from Codex Web components
[ ] Review how OOUI legacy links will be accessed (or not) via this site.
==== Acceptance criteria (or Done)
[ ] Update the [[ https://www.figma.com/proto/3izw9LhVfK4XCL6immUada/Codex-as-Wikimedia-DS?page-id=2%3A200&node-id=2-687&scaling=min-zoom&starting-point-node-id=81%3A10184 | Figma prototype ]] to an MVP version
[ ] Decide on Apps references and update it in the prototype if needed
[ ] Decide how to include OOUI in Codex and update the prototype if needed
[ ] The [[ https://design.wikimedia.org/style-guide/index.html | DSG documentation ]] is proposed to redirect to be part of the Codex site. As part of this, the following needs to be revised:
[ ] Review and update current documentation in the DSG as appropriate
[ ] Decide from where we want to access the DSG from Codex site
[ ] Create documentation needed in the new Codex site - for example the site structured (are new sections or alterations to subsections needed?).
[ ] Decide on Codex branding
[ ] Provide guidance for what is more relevant for designers vs developers (and PMs/other functions)
