**Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
* log selecting Vector 2022 as skin
* search something on Wikimedia Commons ([[https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:MediaSearch&search=Brisighella&type=image|exemple]])
* narrow the screen
* look at the Tabs bars and the Media Bar
**What happens?**:
* with narrow screen, `image-counts` (727 results) and `sort__textbox` `sd-select__current-selection` (Sort by: Relevance) are displayed outside the body content and `sdms-search-filters`, and overlay the Page tools menu
* with narrow screen, `page-label` `sd-tabs__tabs-list__item--last sd-tabs__tabs-list__item` (Categories and Pages) displays faded on the right, and hidden outside the body content and `sd-tabs__tabs-list`
**What should have happened instead?**:
* elements should not be hidden or faded, and they should not overlay the Page tools menu
* probably, they should be displayed in a flex container
