**Motivation** [[ https://github.com/filbertkm/WikibaseImport | WikibaseImport extension ]] is under a user owner. Since it is bundled within our Wikibase docker images, and we often need to fix bugs or add features to it, it will make it much easier to move/fork it under the Wikidata org so that more people have rights to merge pull requests on it. **Notes** - Katie, the current owner of the repository was an employe of WMDE at the time of writing that library. - Katies repo has a licence, but ours currently does not - We should make katies repo point to our fork - @addshore can merge PRs on Katies repo
