Section Translation dashboard is intended to show suggestions to do both create new articles and expanding existing ones. However, recently the suggestions to expand an existing article show empty.
I tried on multiple wikis: [Bengali](https://bn.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation) (screenshot below), [Thai](https://th.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation), [Igbo](https://ig.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation), [Kurdish](https://ku.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation), [Hausa](https://ha.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation), [Yoruba](https://yo.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation), and [[ https://test.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ContentTranslation | Testwiki ]].

In all the above cases, the "Expand with new sections" part of the suggestions is empty, and no error is shown in the console.
