Description

Section Translation dashboard is intended to show suggestions to do both create new articles and expanding existing ones. However, recently the suggestions to expand an existing article show empty.

I tried on multiple wikis: Bengali (screenshot below), Thai, Igbo, Kurdish, Hausa, Yoruba, and Testwiki.

In all the above cases, the "Expand with new sections" part of the suggestions is empty, and no error is shown in the console. The option to "Refresh" doe snot seem to work.
