This task is about identifying the Wikipedias we will work most closely with in designing and developing mobile DiscussionTools.

Partner with a select number of wikis to help ensure mobile web talk pages enable:
1) **Junior Contributors to immediately recognize talk pages as places to communicate with other volunteers.**
2) **Junior and Senior Contributors to be able to intuitively and with greater ease:**
