In fr.wikipedia and in fr.wikisource I tried : To desactivate, then to activate the Popups gadget , then the Popups Beta to see a short description and some tools when mouse-flying upon links. In the last MediaWiki 1.29.0-wmf.21 (29800e6) these worked fine in fr.wikisource **but not in fr.wikipedia**.
