How do we get looped into the ideas that come out of meetings like this without having to spend all of our time attending meetings? Ideas: - we recruit allies who surface good ideas that take place across the org. (h/t @EdErhart-WMF) - we rotate who attends meetings like this, or maybe there are other meetings across the org. where we can scoop up ideas without having to do a lot of 1:1s - we automatically email everyone in the org. once a month asking what they're working on that might be useful for us to know about (I don't know if this is technically feasible.) - we have our own scrum of scrums for people who are interested in communications where we scoop up comms ideas on a regular basis This is just a starting point for ideation and for us to discuss at our July 13th deep dive but more ideas are welcome!
