I am editing the description a task on //phabricator.wikimedia.org//. I select some text. I try to drag-and-drop the text somewhere else in the description. **Expected result : ** Drag-and-drop works. The text moves where I drop it. **Actual result : ** Drag-and-drop does not work. The text does not move. The text area becomes grey. It looks like the drag-and-drop feature for file steps in. I have IE 11 on Win 7. //Yes, I know...// **But** in a standard text area drag-and-drop works. It would be nice to correct this bug. Thank you.
