I recently made an account at pagebanner.wmflabs.org and received a confirmation e-mail that led me to a URI of the sort: http://wikibanner.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:ConfirmEmail/[string of characters]. This URI will not load. I have tried several browsers and settings and I get error messages like "This webpage is not available ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" and "Address Not Found. wikibanner.wmflabs.org could not be found. Please check the name and try again." I get identical messages when I try to go to clownpenis.fart.
