In Crimean Tatar language there are Cyrl and Latn converter. But the Tatars of Romania (wich includes mostly Crimean Tatars) use a different Latin alphabet (two different letters; Ĭ ĭ and W w). Suggestion is a Converter for this alphabet in Crimean Tatar language.
