Make it easier to add a link to another language edition of Wikipedia. In Vector 2022 when you select **Add languages** it offers you to translate the page, or modify your language settings. I would expect to have found **Add interlanguage links** buttons too. Those are placed on right column in a separate area. Apologies for not knowing which best tags to add.
