My main developer account (shell username `neilpquinn-wmf`) has my old name. Since it's not possible to rename developer accounts, I have registered a new one (shell username `nshahquinn-wmf`). I need to migrate all my privileges to this one. Miscellaneous tasks not covered by subtasks: [x] Clean up `neilpquinn` and `nshahquinn` Hive databases [x] Clean up HDFS folders [x] checked membership in the `anaytics_product` group [x] carried over Gerrit permissions ~~Ensure I have the `sql_lab` role in Superset~~
