Lately I realize that the "Rollback tool" is not localized on Yoruba Wikipedia (https://yo.wikipedia.org/wiki/) and this makes it difficult for the community to effectively fight vandalisms. I am a permanent sysop on Yoruba Wikipedia and this function is not even available as part of my admin toolset. The following consensus were reached: 1. "Rollback" & "account creator" be localized. 2. Local admins be allowed to grant this two rights (rollback & ACC) locally.
