ContentTranslation doesn't translate image attribute keywords. For example, from English to Hebrew it does translate the "File:" namespace to "קובץ:", but doesn't translate "right" and "thumb". This might be a Parsoid issue, because it also happens in VisualEditor: when adding an image to the Hebrew Wikipedia, the namespace is localized, but not "right" and "thumb".
