Chinese Wikipedia has a {{[[ https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:%E5%9C%B0%E5%8C%BA%E7%94%A8%E8%AF%8D2 | 地区用词2 ]]}} Template to show the name of a subject corresponding to user variant , which is used very frequently on lead sections of articles.
Steps to reproduce:
# See zhwiki article [[ https://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E5%A5%A5%E6%96%AF%E6%9B%BC%E5%B8%9D%E5%9B%BD | 奥斯曼帝国 ]] (and it [[https://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E5%A5%A5%E6%96%AF%E6%9B%BC%E5%B8%9D%E5%9B%BD&oldid=65926318|permanent link]]). You can see a {{[[https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:%E5%9C%B0%E5%8C%BA%E7%94%A8%E8%AF%8D|地區用詞]]}} (which internally use {{[[https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:%E5%9C%B0%E5%8C%BA%E7%94%A8%E8%AF%8D2|地区用词2]]}}) template in the lead section. It is expanded as the image below shows (in the red rectangle): {F34484872}
