This might be related to recent PayPal audit wobbles. cid=14758836 has two recently started recurring donations, I-XWKN57071ELU and I-ERDY25X3X3F3, but neither of them show any donations in Civi. Do you know if we'd expect these to start processing, or would the best bet be to cancel them and invite the donor to create a new recurring donation? PayPal's console indicates that they will retry in the future, but @krobinson has managed a few like this and they generally do not start when PayPal says they will.
