We'll need to know where the local false positive reporting page is (e.g. `Wikipedia:Automoderator false positives`) so that it can be used in various areas of the software (e.g. messages, T362965). This configuration only needs to be internal MediaWiki config, not on-wiki. We'll define it when the software is configured for a wiki. This config should be a page ID, rather than a title, so that it is resilient to page moves, in case a community decides to re-title the page.

**User story:** As an administrator I want to configure the location of our Automoderator false positive reporting page, so that new users can be directed towards it to report issues. We'll need to know where the local false positive reporting page is (e.g. `Wikipedia:Automoderator false positives`) so that it can be used in various areas of the software (e.g. messages, T362965). Communities would ideally like to be able to change this as an on-wiki configuration, but if that is not feasible, having it only be a MediaWiki config which we decide during setup is acceptable.
