Once read new support is implemented for the Special:CheckUser interfaces, the default state of the extension should change to read new. Support to read new for Special:Investigate and the API will come at a later stage, but due to their low usage on WMF wikis there is not a great priority to complete support for these interfaces as this blocks tasks in the "release 2" column of #http-client-hints. ====Steps to complete this task * [x] Wait until 4th of December 2023 before starting migration * [x] Change the default value in extension.json * [x] Enable read new on testwiki * [x] Enable read new on group0 * [x] Enable read new on group1 * [] Enable read new on group2
