As can be seen at [[ https://github.com/wikimedia/operations-mediawiki-config/blob/cfb36023ac873c00e680032999b7c21c2a105132/wmf-config/MetaContactPages.php#L172 | the current configuration ]] in {rOMWC}; the recipient is set to use the account [[ https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:WMF_Trademark_Abuse | User:WMF Trademark Abuse ]] but that account is currently [[ https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&logid=35891509 | globally locked ]] (which disables email) so nobody can use the `licenseabuse` form linked in the Governance wiki.
Error message:
This user has not specified a valid email address.
Two options are possible:
# Remove the Form from Meta and the links to it in the Governance wiki, leaving only the legal-tm-vio email address to report infringements, or
# Change the recipient of the Special:Contact page from `WMF Trademark Abuse` to other WMF account with a valid email, so the form is active again; or
# Re-enable `WMF Trademark Abuse` and adjust its email address to a valid one.
