@Urbanecm I have an account on foundationwiki so I can do it myself if no one else beats me to do it.

I assume it'd be better if WMF legal did that themselves, to "certify" the decision :-).

I did it anyway before seeing your message (diff) and linked to T269781#6693399 in the summary so it should be enough proof. The form was non-functioning anyway so this removes lack of certitude.
