Change Details

See, for example, https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/applications/evaluate/22/, which has reset to 1 instead of changing to 'Days since application was closed'. See also https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/applications/evaluate/176/ which shows the number of days the application was open, not the number of days since it was closed. Applications which are Pending, Under Discussion, or Approved seem to work fine.

At least one application (an early one - https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/applications/evaluate/22/) appears to have been Sent to Partner twice. This wouldn't be an issue except that it reset Days Open to 1. Not sure how that happened or if it's likely to have happened elsewhere.
