There is only one namespace in Vector 2022 which has the language settings link in the left sidebar. In all other namespaces, the link to the language settings is form the languages dropdown across the page title. {F36803025}

Special pages such as [Recent Changes](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges) on Vector 2022 still have the language settings link in the left sidebar. In all other namespaces, the link to the language settings is form the languages dropdown across the page title. For example, it was adjusted for talk pages in T316559. This ticket proposes to apply the approach described in T316559 for Special pages.
