Change Details

Mailman provides a {listname}-owner@ address to reach the list owners. In Mailman2, if a list had no owners, the mail got blackholed or went somewhere else? In Mailman3, it ends up at root@. For now sending it to root@ is fine, but the -owner emails often get a lot of spam and might not be something we want long term. I also don't know whether this is a change in behavior of Mailman or Exim or something else.
