Steps to Reproduce: - Accept/reject recommendation 1 - Accept/reject recommendation 2 - If recommendation 1 was previously accepted, reject it (and vice versa) - Repeat the process a few times (issue seems to be intermittent) Actual Results: Annotation data model that doesn't correspond to the recommendation is updated.
