Change Details

The alert indicator is distorted (scaled wrongly and truncated). This is visible both on the [demo page](https://tools.wmflabs.org/oojs-ui/oojs-ui/demos/#widgets-mediawiki-vector-ltr) and in the mention interface we're building for Flow. Screenshot is from the demo page: {F103127} It looks right without the background-size: contain (I believe from [here](https://git.wikimedia.org/blob/oojs%2Fui.git/f0c44c944aef9510f47a5815cf717bc289d2f45e/src%2Fthemes%2Fmediawiki%2Felements.less#L303)): {F103129} I don't know if removing that is the proper solution, but it's somewhere to look.
