As a potential Mismatch Finder reviewer or provider
I want to have a place with basic documentation and FAQs
in order to have a place to refer to for my initial questions
**Problem:**
We want a dialog component in the intro text that holds the FAQ.

As displayed in the screenshots above, the dialog is triggered when the user clicks the "Find out more about the Mismatch Finder" link in the intro text and it allows the users the scroll through the content. **BDD**
GIVEN the mismatch finder website start page
WHEN reading the intro text
AND clicking the link to find out more
THEN a popup opens with answers to basic questions
**Acceptance criteria:**
* Dialog with basic FAQ can be opened by clicking a link in the intro text on the mismatch finder website start page
