Vertical: Virtualpageview datastream on MEP Once all MEP backend components are in place we would like to migrate one high throughput use case to the new MEP flow. For clients this migration is transparent but there are quite a few steps that need to happen like schema migration from meta endpoint to the new schema repositories and formats, we need to retrofit EL client to be able to send events (which are posts) to the new eventgate backend and we need to be able to refine those events. These are all likely to be subtasks of this main task.

This was done years ago to work around a Do Not Track restriction in EventLogging. This restriction no longer exists, so it should be possible to modify the code in the Popups extension to call `mw.eventLog.logEvent` instead of sendBeacon directly.
