When I visit [[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges?hidebots=1&hidecategorization=1&hideWikibase=1&limit=50&days=7&damaging__likelybad_color=c4&damaging__verylikelybad_color=c5&highlight=1&urlversion=2&useskin=minerva | Minerva desktop ]] I get a reasonably friendly mobile experience.

in contrast [[ https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges?hidebots=1&hidecategorization=1&hideWikibase=1&limit=50&days=7&damaging__likelybad_color=c4&damaging__verylikelybad_color=c5&highlight=1&urlversion=2 | mobile ]] this is not so good:

Why is the desktop experience better than the mobile experience?
There doesn't seem much reason for this to be the case. Is this just a case of adding 'targets'=>['desktop','mobile'] to some ResourceLoader definitions?
