**Steps to replicate the issue**:
* Go to any article on the Vietnamese Wikipedia (for example: https://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C3%A9k)
* Click Edit source
* Scroll down a bit and look at the left side bar where you can find the Language list
//**FOR MICROSOFT EDGE + WINDOWS 10:**//
**What happens?**:
{F36476421}
The full list appears (instead of a compacted list), there's a letter "G" in every other line, and when you hover your cursor over it, it will jump randomly.
**What should have happened instead?**:
{F36476106}
This is how it appears when I add "&safemode=1", but @sgrabarczuk said the Language list isn't even supposed to be there at the left side bar, so I'm not really sure about it.
//**FOR GOOGLE CHROME + WINDOWS 10:**//
**What happens?**:
{F36476415}
The whole list doesn't show up at all, and I can't find it anywhere.
**What should have happened instead?**:
I can't reproduce the same thing as Edge when I add "&safemode=1" on Chrome, so.
p.s: Please help me with the title...
