**User Stories:** - As a user I need to be able to securely share my email address with the responder so that they can follow-up with me privately. - As a responder I need to be able to contact the reporting user privately so that I can follow-up on their report. **Acceptance criteria:** [ ] Email associated with the reporting user’s account is automatically included in the report under a Special:EmailUser link [ ] Responder is able to contact reporting user via the Special:EmailUser link [ ] There is no email field available in the form [ ] If email address is missing or has not been verified from the account, the reporting user is prompted to do so (UX needed)
