Full email headers can be seen at P52515 (restricted to #WMF-NDA), main thing that jumps out to me that the DKIM signature is for the `wikimedia.org` domain while the mail is sent from `gitlab.wikimedia.org` so `Authentication-Results` does not have an entry for `dkim`.
