As the Platform Engineering team was disbanded we also need this rule to be removed. No replacement is needed at this time. The MediaWiki Platform team within MediaWiki Engineering has setup their own rule and we're currently working on moving items that the MediaWiki Engineering group will own as well as setting up our own herald rules for this.
