Once the CheckUserUnionSelectQueryBuilder is added as part of T328988, the compare tab should use the query builder when read new is set on the event table migration stage. This will allow selecting results from the cu_changesNow that CheckUser writes to the new tables for event table migration (T330158), cu_log_event and cu_private_event tablesreading from these tables when the migration stage is set to read new can commence. Progress:This task is to add support to read new in Special:Investigate's 'IPs & User agents' tab. ====Acceptance criteria * [] Prepare for migration by making the Alias the current query info fields in `CompareService` and `ComparePager` use aliases for the cu_changes fields that are selected * [] Update the CompareService to use the query builder when read new is set * [] Once migration config is set to stably read new, remove the code for read old`CompareService` to select results from the three tables if read new is set
