There is a list called ""E2 list for the core E2 development team." The address is e2@lists.wikimedia.org. No such team (the former Editor Engagement team) exists anymore, but the Collaboration Team members are on the list and have been using it as our mailing list. This has various disadvantages. In particular, the list name is completely mysterious and undiscoverable by anyone who may wish to email Collaboration Team. Please rename the list to **Collaboration-Team**. I'll leave the proper address up to you. Perhaps it can stay the same, in case someone has the E2 address on a subscription or something? (Though I have to say I don't think I've ever received an email that seems to be that).
