It does NOT link to https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/آلمانی However, if you go to https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/آلمانی you will find the original page (بحث ویکی‌پدیا:صفحه تمرین) as a linking page!
