As an Engineering Manager, I want an implementation plan for the mirroring procedure so that engineers can execute it regularly.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- Create or update existing artifacts that describe the solution to the problem.
- Present the solution to the team and obtain buy-in from stakeholders, mainly the Engineering and Product teams.
- Develop an implementation plan based on the identified solution.

[x] present potential solutions to the team (Product and Engineering)
[ ] identify our way forward based on team feedback
