As an Engineering Manager, I want an implementation plan for the mirroring procedure so that engineers can execute it regularly.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create or update existing artifacts that describe the solution to the problem.
• Present the solution to the team and obtain buy-in from stakeholders, mainly the Engineering and Product teams.
• Develop an implementation plan based on the identified solution.

To-Do(s)

• review existing documents to ensure they are up to date
• update existing documents or create a new one with potential solutions
• present potential solutions to the team (Product and Engineering)
• identify our way forward based on team feedback
• create and present a final plan incorporating team feedback
