As an engineer, I want to create a new branch called mirror for our parser package so that I can set up the code mirroring process for the codebase.
Acceptance criteria
A new branch with the package source code has been created.

- create a new mirror branch
- review the code and make sure everything is working properly
- publish the latest code to the new branch
