Description

As an Engineer, I want the mirroring process to be documented in a comprehensive runbook, available to all team members. This way, everyone can understand and complete the process easily, this will build a foundation for future automation.

Acceptance criteria
Clear, accessible runbook enables team to execute mirroring process efficiently, identifying key tasks for future automation.
